Mikes River Vacation Cottage
Welcome! We are located on the Southern Oregon Coast in Coos Bay,Oregon. If you are planning to come this way & need a cozy
place to stay give us a call to rent our rustic 2 bedroom cottage. We are located away from the hustle & bustle of town with a terrific
view of the Coos River. We are located in the country but only 5 miles from town & out of the wind & fog.
Whats to do & see?

We are a short drive from the Coos Bay-North Bend area where you can visit several beaches, botanical gardens, Sand Dunes, Gold &
 Silver Falls, Nesika County Park, The Mill Casino, North Bend Airport, Bandon Dunes Resort, Kentuck golf  course, Sumner Golf
course, Pony Village Mall, various antique shops, restaurants and the City boardwalk.

There is plenty of parking if you would like to bring your atv's to spend a day in the dunes. Bring your boat for a bay, river, ocean or
lake fishing excursion. Dont forget clamming & crabbing as well. There's even room to park your rv. Below we have included some links
to the many fun things there are to do & see in our area. Not to mention the great day trips you could take to Old Town Bandon,
Florence, Lincoln City, Newport (fun beach towns 30 minutes to 2 hours away). We are located about 125 miles from the California
border. A trip to the redwoods would be fun!
The Cottage

Private & cozy. Two bedrooms (double beds in each), living room with wood stove/fireplace, television (satellite) &
queen pull-out sofa. Hardwood floors, new carpet. Full kitchen: Fridge/freezer, sink, stove/oven, microwave,
coffee pot, dishwasher, breakfast bar & dining area.  Bathroom w/tub,shower,double sinks. Carport with
washer/dryer.  Covered patio with rustic heavy duty BBQ (we have 2!)

Rates

$690 a week (Sunday to Saturday) & $150 refundable deposit
Small pets are welcome with an extra deposit of $100 ($250 total deposit)
If you would like to book for longer, let us know & we'll give you a deal !!
Please contact us early as we get full fast in the summer & fall (if you like rain & wind come in the winter too!)
Let us know what week you are interested in & we'll check the calendar!
Payment must be made upon arrival with cash, cashiers check or money order. If you would like to pay with debit or credit card we can do that via Paypal.
Check in time is 4 pm, check-out time is 1 pm

We don't have a maid service so while staying at the cottage we ask that you are respectful & clean up after yourself & don't litter outside.
